The registration fee includes access to the lectures, the conference documentation, coffee breaks, lunch, the evening event as well as the bus transfer to the evening reception.

Terms of payment
The invoice is payable immediately upon receipt. If the invoice is not paid by the start of the event, the outstanding amount must be paid on site at the registration desk.

Cancellation
No cancellation charge is due if registration is cancelled by 31st July 2026. For cancellations made after that date and 1st October 2026 a charge of 50% of the registration fee will incur. For cancellations made after 1st October 2026 the full registration fee is payable. Cancellations have to be made in written form (e-mail: IMCM@oevk.at).
We will gladly accept a replacement delegate at no extra charge.
